I too have a massive debt R60 000.00 (South Africa), which I am starting to pay off 1 cake at a time (I have no fixed employment, to old at 59 to get work here) so I started baking, my chocolate cake recipe was voted one of the ten top recipes in South Africa, by our national Sunday paper.
