I love the ease of slow cooker dinners!
One of my favorite apps on my phone is the myfitnesspal app, which was recommended to me by a trainer at the Anytime Fitness club where my daughter and I work out. During the one-hour personal trainer session that you receive when you sign up as a member, she told me about how she uses the app and how useful it has been for her in tracking daily meals, calories, etc.
I added it my phone that day, and use mine almost daily to track workouts and meals. Another benefit I discovered is that you can receive helpful emails and articles from myfitnesspal as well. One that showed up in my inbox last week had several different links to various healthy slow cooker dinners. Being generous, I wanted to share some of those links with you here. Enjoy!

Thanks for stopping by and commenting, Danita! I use my crock pot very often. It’s so easy on the days that I work in town to just put items in there in the morning and have dinner taken care of. I love the smell of dinner all ready when I walk through the door! 🙂
YES! Nothing better than the smell of dinner ready after a long day.
