HCF Happy, Calm & Focused Week #1

HCF – Happy, Calm & Focused

(I was given this product to try in exchange for an honest review on this blog.  All opinions are strictly my own.)

Well, it’s been a week since I started using the HCF Happy, Calm & Focused supplement.  So here’s what I have been seeing:

Sleeplessness – Well, to be honest I am not seeing too much improvement in this area.  I still am not sleeping long enough at night, and still sleeping pretty light on most nights.  Out of the past week, I think I have gotten a good night’s sleep only two nights so far.  But the brochures DO say that the results may take a varied amount of time to show up.  So I am hoping that the results will begin to show up soon.

Memory – I am seeing small improvements in this area.  I noticed at work that I am more focused, and able to remember more details without writing things down.  My short term memory seems to have improved slightly over the past week.  So that is a good sign!

Stress level – I have to admit that I have felt a difference in my stress level over the past week.  My work schedule consists of 3 days, 13.5 hours each.  That doesn’t leave much time for other things during my shift days, just showers and a short night of sleep.  And with less sleep than usual, I tend to get stressed out about work the next day.  But this week I didn’t get stressed, and was relaxed and confident at work.  This is the area where I have seen the most improvement this week.

Here is the post from last week, before I started using the supplement:

I am hoping to see more improvement in ALL areas over the next few weeks.  I think I am off to a good start, though.

Here is some more information from the HCF Happy, Calm & Focused brochure to share with you:

“In your brain there are ten billion neurons (brain cells).  Between each and every one of these is a synapse, or space, where neurotransmitters travel from one neuron to another, transmitting thoughts from one cell to the next.  These neurotransmitters transmit.  They allow your brain cells to “talk to each other.”  What’s fascinating is that how you feel, or the mood your thought is transmitted in, is dictated by certain neurotransmitters.”
